HEAT REJECTION ON SHIPS AND CONTROL ROOMS

Specifically for heat rejection on ships and control rooms, wheel-houses of ships, or traffic control towers, the Window Film Screen comes in type Grey 20 Flat.

This film is a crystal clear polyester film that is applied on the inside of the glass. The product is entirely transparent. There is no distortion of the image. This ensures the full see-through to outside.

binnenvaart - heat rejection on ships and control rooms

Film Type GREY 20 Flat has a low light transmittance, and that’s why it has an excellent light filtering effect. By applying this high quality system, a good solution is available for virtually any situation. The product is also very versatile. The basic system is controlled manually, but because of the economic purchase price it is usually applied as an electric system – possibly fitted with ‘tailor made’ accessories. Accessories such as: wireless remote control, group division light sensor etc. Also, the systems can be matched in RAL-colours for the existing frames and fitted with lateral guidance.

A safe see-through is no longer an issue. This is ensured by a good warranty and short lead-time, in case of amendments.

Application areas
The screens can be used on glass where the permanent application of Window film is not desired. Common applications are control rooms, offices, airports and any other buildings where flexible light transmittance and good heat rejection is desired or required. The screens can be applied on the inside, as well as on the frame.
Excellent application possibilities are locations where the light has to be dosed properly such as:
– wheel-houses of ships
– bridge control buildings
– weighbridges
– control rooms
– traffic control towers
