Did you know that by Jan. 1, 2023, every office building must have at least energy label C?

This means a primary fossil energy use of no more than 225 kWh per m2 per year. If the building then does not meet the requirements, you may no longer use it as an office as of January 1, 2023. This obligation is in the 2012 Building Code.
