HR Glass film cleaning

The strong polyester film resists cleaning well. The best cleaning agent is clean water with a splash of household vinegar. The best tools: a clean sponge and chamois. Beware of sand grains and old hardened rubber squeegees! Other sharp tools can also cause damage. Sharp cleaning chemicals are not recommended. A detailed cleaning instruction is provided upon delivery of the film.

There is also a Glass film available for your situation that guarantees the optimum effect.

Dimensions
The width of the roll on which the film is delivered is 152 cm. This means that when the film is processed, the maximum width of a window is about 150 cm. However, even if your windows are taller and wider the film can be applied. With larger windows it is necessary to apply a seam which is minimally visible with our expert processing.

Applications HR Glass Film

Wherever high light transmission is desired, but where efficient sun protection is also required, glass film can be applied. Energy Saving HR Glass Film is applied to the glass of stores, offices, hotels, restaurants, schools, institutions, and so on. The glass film is applied in princi pe on the inside of the window. Also on double glazing most types can be applied without any problem. Suncontrol has special types available for outside use.

UV Transmission

Energy-saving HR Glass Film allows less than 5% of ultraviolet radiation to pass through, measured at radiation in the 280 and 380 nm range.

ZTA (Absolute Solar Accession Factor).

The absolute solar transmittance factor is the ratio of the amount of solar heat passing through a glass surface to the amount of solar heat falling on that glass surface and radiating inward.
